For every approved order, RWIX creates a dedicated payment address using watch-only descriptor wallets for BTC/LTC or a view-only Monero wallet. Spend keys remain offline. Incoming payments and confirmations are monitored automatically.

When will my VPS be provisioned?

After confirmed payment and complete technical readiness by an idempotent worker. The web request itself never provisions a VM.

Which operating systems are available?

Only tested and currently available system images are shown in checkout.

How do I get access?

You may provide an OpenSSH public key. Without one, RWIX generates a strong encrypted initial password for a separate user and shows it only in the protected order status.

What happens when capacity is sold out?

Checkout fails closed. Ordering is enabled only when validated capacity is available.

How are crypto payments confirmed?

Per asset with a quote lock, minimum confirmations, expiry and reorg handling through watch-only backends.

When is my account created and how do I delete it?

Before payment there is only a hashed pending signup that expires after 30 days. The local RWIX account is created only after confirmed payment. Password-confirmed deletion blocks login immediately. VPS instances, assigned IPs and peerings are removed automatically; only then is the account deleted.
